FDT Group has appointed Mr. Flavio Tolfo as new Managing Director
The continuously growing FDT Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Flavio Tolfo as Managing Director of the FDT Group. Flavio has over 25 years of experience in process controls and instrumentation. He was lately Director of Marketing with ABB Automation Technology and Vice President of European Operations with the Fieldbus Foundation. Prior to joining ABB Automation, Flavio served as Vice President marketing in instrumentation for Elsag Bailey Process Automation and held various control and instrumentation-related positions with Honeywell and Procter & Gamble.
Flavio Tolfo holds a PhD in Applied Sciences from Yale University and several other degrees, among which Ingénieur Civil Chimiste from Louvain University in Belgium.
In his academic career, he held a research position at Louvain University and various teaching assignments at Yale and New York University.
